Flight Booking Terms
How flight search and booking works when you use our Travelpayouts-powered search widget.
Affiliate service
Fames Travel operates the flight search as an affiliate service. We do not operate as an airline, ticketing agent or accredited travel consolidator.
Customer contract
When you select a flight option, your booking contract is formed with the airline or travel provider shown — not with Fames Travel.
Ticket issuance
Fames Travel does not issue the flight ticket. The airline or travel provider you choose is responsible for ticketing and confirmation.
Payment
Payment for your flight is taken by the airline or travel provider you select, on their website and under their terms. Fames Travel does not process flight payments.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
After booking, changes, cancellations and refunds are normally handled by the airline or agency that issued your ticket. Contact them directly using your booking reference.
Fares and availability
Displayed fares are cached fare data — prices that were recently found by the search system. Prices and availability must be reconfirmed with the airline or provider before booking.
Commission
Fames Travel may receive a commission from the airline or travel provider when you book through our search widget. This does not normally increase the price you pay.
